DSDN 112: Inspiration

In this image here, there are three dices, I picked dices because they inspired me for my Project. What I find interesting with dices is that every time you roll it, it will land on a different number pretty much every time. It lands on a different number because its a cube that has like no weight to it, the weight is all even on each face of the cube. This gives me an idea for the two senses touch and sight.
Here is a picture of a blackberry phone, by looking at it, it will probably look more complicated to use than a normal phone because the amount of buttons it has on it, but when you actually use it, it's just as easy to use as a normal phone. The buttons that's on this looks like a keyboard from a computer, which is probably suppose to make the phone look like one and better to text. I thought about an idea for the senses touch and sight, by making something that looks complicated to use, but when you try it out, it isn't as hard as you think. So I think that this Blackberry phone was a good example for that idea.

DSDN 142: P.1 Final Form variations

Here are my final 25 form variations that I've done for this project using processing, they are all just simple basic shapes like triangles and squares that have been developed to create new forms.

DSDN 142: P.1 15 forms

This shows my 25 forms in progress, now I have done 15 forms so far and I have 10 more to go.

DSDN 142: P.1 First 5 forms

Right here is my first five forms that I've done using Processing, as you can see they have all been transform into new forms starting from the first one.

DSDN 142: P.1 Start of my form

Here is my starting point form for Project one, it just looks like a star with a square shape in the middle of it, I picked this one because I've got some ideas on how to transfrom it into different forms.

DSDN 142: P.1 Rough sketches

Here are just some rough sketches that I did just to give me some ideas on what to do for my final on processing.

DSDN 104: First attempt with material

Here is an image of my first attempt using material on one of my models, the material on this one is some rusty metal that I got off Google. This probably won't be my final material, I'm just having a little play around with it.
