These are my final cardboard model pieces and this is what my final acrylic model pieces will look like as well. I'm going to scan and put these onto illustrator to trace them for my laser cutting profile. On the right side of the image there is just a piece of acrylic that I used to slot my model pieces, I'll also be making a piece of acrylic like that to slot my model pieces onto for my final acrylic model.
Here are the model pieces all attached together and my final acrylic model will look similar to this.
